You cant go wrong with it! Basic enough but has everything you need. Awesome owner with native like english as he lived in England. The location is by Tippu Tips house and like 100m from the sea. Awesome value!

The Host is probably one of the finest gentlemen on the island I called him on the actual day of arrival to collect me from the airport and he was there waiting with my name I would recommend that anyone arriving to Zanzibar arrange for Tony to collect them from the airport as this will make things much smoother the property is located in the heart of the island very near to all the touristic attractions the host also provided us with loads of local information regarding places to visit and eat he even arranged to drop us to a local restaurant which was a few kms from Stone Town I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the island and I look forward to coming back soon I cant thank Tony enough for making our stay so comfortable and all the help he provided during our comfortable stay cant wait to come back if your interested in staying book fast as I couldnt get any additional nights on my return from Nungwi

Spacious and clean room with large beds with mosquito net and good wifi, Complimentary tea and coffee on the roof terrace, but no breakfast served. Helpful owner and great location for exploring Stone Town.

+ great location, although the entrance can be a little hard to find + clean and air conditioned room (according to the reviews there aren't many places in Stone Town that are both clean and affordable) + bed with mosquito net (not necessary end of October though) + friendly host, great pre-stay communication, airport transfer can be arranged + free water and coffee, shared fridge on the top floor

We were only there a few hours as we had an early morning flight. We did wish we had booked more nights to explore Stone town. Rooms were value for money. Clean and huge with working AC and fan. Tony was added to the entire experience. He was helpful to organize us transfer from Jambiani at the best price. He also drove us to the airport at late hours. The hotel is on a central location and was a great way to explore stone town for a bit and come back and cool off in AC room and head out again. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. An absolute pleasant experience and will definitely book again at my next visit to Zanzibar. If you looking to explore stone town I'd recommend booking for a few nights ! Thank you Tony for your kindness and friendly service.

Tony was so welcoming and helpful. He helped us coordinate the shuttle from the airport which made it such a fluid transition into staying with him. He is knowledgeable and knows the area very well. The place was excellent. Great AC and fan, comfortable bed, big bathroom. It was an amazing stay, we will be back!

Beautiful location, by the seafront and close to restaurants and attractions. The room is large with AC and fans with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is large and everything is very clean. The terrace is a big bonus, where you can serve yourself coffee, tea and enjoy the view and rest. A large refrigerator is also very useful. The owner is very friendly and helpful, you can see that he really makes an effort for his guests. I have stayed in Stone town several times, but I liked it here the most so far, so I will definitely come back again.

We only stayed for a few hours, as we wanted to be closer to the airport as our flight left very early in the morning. Even though it was only a brief stay, we were very impressed with Tony's friendliness and the cleanliness of the room. We would definitely recommend this place.

Toni is very friendly and helpful. he will help you arrange a transfer from the airport and to another accommodation at a good price, buy and activate a SIM card... check-in is also possible at night. the accommodation is clean, simple, the bed is reasonably hard. really good price/performance ratio.
